The Commission informed me this morning that the final Report of our study on Obstacles to Foreign language Teacher Mobility has been published on the Internet. On behalf of Dolors, Jordi, Glyn, Albert and myself, allow me to thank you once again for all your support. We are very pleased about the outcome: we have learned a lot, and hope to have made some useful recommendations to the Commission on future policy. Without you, this would not have been possible!
